Hi all. When I plug in my inTune to my PC and run the updater, it downloads a file called group_update_0. When it's complete and asks me to wait while the inTune installs it, the screen on my inTune says The current firmware revision (1r03x) cannot be replaced by the firmware package within group_update_0. When I press continue I get another screen that says Failed to install group_update.itfg. Then when I press continue it reboots to the main screen. What is the problem? Also, does the vehicle have to be reset to stock first to unlock the DCX before it can update or can it be updated even if the vehicle has a programmed tune installed. In other words it won't erase the stock program from the vehicle it is locked to if I upgrade it?

load the attached file to the intune drive and let it import the file then runthe updater again.
