Before I return this i2020

I just picked up an i2020 for my 2011 Lincoln MKS 3.5L Ecoboost, which the seller listed as works with my car.

Updated the tuner on the PC, registered it and registered here in the forum as well. Took it out to the car and got a "Vehicle Not Supported" message.

So before I return this, is there something I may be missing? or do I need a custom tune created for my 2011?

2011 is not supported.. only 2013-2016...
