u7145 - Difference between 93 and 91 octane tunes

What are the main differences (in units relative to the values you use in the predator; ie % or degrees) between the 91 octane and 93 octane tunes? Particularly, the spark and fuel.

Living in CA, we only have 91 octane here, however, the car is running fine on the 91 tune and I'd like to play around with it a bit. So in the spirit of saving time, it'd be nice to know what the delta is on those parameters, so I can split the difference and see how it works out and use that as a starting point.

The main difference between the octane tunes is timing. (generally, 1* for every octane level)
