Dealer Toasted My Tune

Apologies in advance if there is a thread on this already. I couldn't find it. If there's one, please provide link...

Took my car in for some warranty A/C repair. Bad actuator. Didn't expect dealer to touch my PCM since the work was A/C related.

I have a feeling they flashed my PCM anyway. I went to make an adjustment to my 93 tune (throttle boost to 3%). Wrote to vehicle, turned key off, then on. No problems. Then I went to start it...

Engine barely started. Error codes everywhere. Timing was WAAAY off. Car basically un-drivable. Thankfully, I was able to restore original backup, and it's fine, however, I can't install a default 91 or 93 tune on the car without everything getting screwed up.

Anyone have a clue as to what's going on?

if they had flashed it chances are it would not have let you tune it again.
What vehicle is this specifically?

@mikel

2014 Challenger R/T Plus.

When i plug in the Trinity, it boots up and will let me into the Performance/Tunes section. But if I modify my 93 tune, save, write, key cycle and then start, the car will barely start and when it does, it sounds like the timing is way off.

I tried to restore the original saved tune and I can't seem to do that either. Get stuck on "Turn Key Off". Wiper trick doesn't work. I end up having to pull the tuner off the OBD port. Wait 10 seconds, then the car starts, but tuner is still paired.

Should I call tech support?

Thanks in advance.

what are you adjusting when you modify the tune?
Is it ok if you load the tune without any changes?
Are you adjusting the neutral rev limiter param?
