How to Install Purchased License? need help

So I just installed the Ignition updater on my pc laptop and ran the update on my i2010 dodge tuner, once completed i purchased an additional license so I could tune my wifes sluggish gas guzzling 2006 Jeep Commander 5.7 hemi that is also supported by the intune i2010 so wanted to take advantage of the multiple vehicle tuning. Well purchase went through and I got a confirmation email and a purchase number... so i thought while I was making the purchase and the tuner was plugged in it was loading the additional license update.. it did not, I tried it on the jeep and said I needed to purchase a license to tune... suck. So what am i missing is there somewhere I type my purchase number and get a magical email with my license?

Did this ever get resolved?? I’m having the same issue with mine I bought a new license and it’s still saying I don’t have anymore….
