Support is non existent

I must say that up to this point I have not really needed product support ............ thankfully. I sent two support tickets via the diablosport website and never got a response to either request. I tried calling ................ nothing. I "had" a Trinity that the touchscreen stopped working on and that had lost the ability to log all of the PIDs I require for my custom tune. I submitted 2 support requests to no avail. I have since bought a new Trinity as I cannot be without a tuner since I run a forced induction setup requiring a CMR tune at all times. I tossed the old Trinity in the trash and if I didn't need a new one I would have ended my relationship there.

I don't expect a response to this post, I merely want others considering purchasing this product to be aware that support is non existent. Just keep buying new products as yours dies and you'll be fine though LOL

We had a backlog of email but they have all been cleared, if we missed yours it may have been caught in a spam filter, but I apologize for the delayed response.

Thanks

Mike,

I tried to setup an account thru my AOL email address but the verification link never came thru. I had to set up an account thru my work account. How do I get my account setup thru my AOL username and account?

Thanks,

Cadmanbruce

the forum back end is not fun. Is it not feasible to just leave this account tied to your work email?
If not post up the email you want it tied to and we'll see if we can change it.

Thanks

Mike,

I finally got the link to use my personal email as my address. I'm going to be retiring next year and didn't want to use my work email after that. I did manage to get my account setup using my personal email.

Thanks!
