rookie question here

O.K., first I don't know crap about tuning. I have the r20 version w/ a '06 R&T (AFE cai, high flow cats, Zoomers cat-back, 180 t-stat), what tune best fits me? We are running 92 octane here. I'm sure you get this question all the time so sorry for the repeat. Also it seems to kind of "jump" when MDS cycles off and on on the highway.

Should I do any custom tuning or just the 91 tune?

The 91 tune should be fine on its own.
You can try disabling MDS if you want to try it.
