Problems with the RMA registration and Product Registration

It´s difficult to make the registration outside US. There are missing fields for country and on the the RMA registration it´s asked for state. But there is no state in Norway!!! It´s also hard to get in contact with DiabloSport. Why can´t you have an email like [email protected]???
