I just received my i2 and I ran the updates via Ignition. They installed. It said the updates have installed and to press Continue. I press continue on the i2, it says Please Wait. I waited 30 minutes. I unplugged the i2 from my mac. Plugged it back in. The updates installed again automatically as soon as it booted up. Again it said they installed and press continue. I pressed continue and it again said Please Wait. That was another 30 minutes ago and it's still saying it. What's going on here? I would love to use this on my car.

open the i2 drive and delete the file called group_update and then it should be ready to go.

The thread is old but I am having issues as well. My intune i2 is stuck on the i2 screen before it gets the please wait or the disclaimer screen. It started after I tried to update the i2 software using the new update agent. I have tried deleting the recommended files from the root directory and then trying to run updates. The outcome is the same. My intune i2 appears to be bricked, its does not get past the initial i2 screen. Any recommendations to restore functionality?
