I paid for the tuner and pcm. Pcm never showed up. No one answers the phone. I sat on hold for over an hour. Said I had 1 caller ahead of me then jumped to 11 callers ahead of me. Where's my PCM???? If no one can help them I need a refund asap and I'll buy from your competitor. Anyone else feel like Diablo ripped them off?

What did you purchase exactly?
If it was one of the pcm swap part numbers you fill out the form to get the pcm after you get the tool.
If you bought a pkit, it comes with the pcm and tuner together.
swap kit is $499, pkit is $800+

Pcm swap. I did that I got my confirmation and order number. PCM never showed. I ordered Tuesday with 2 day shipping. Never received a tracking #. Held on your number for an hour and a half. Someone finally answered to only immediately hang up. On hold again, now at 30 minutes on hold. I need to know what's going on. Where the pcm is as it's already Friday. If it's on it's way, great. I just need to know where it is. No one can tell me.

Michael Thomas. I also have an order number. I'm on hour 2 of being on hold. Said I was caller 1c then caller 8. Got down to 3 now it says I'm caller 13. I think your support number is a joke. I just was sent to a voice mail while typing this. So I waited 2 hours to leave a damn message. I need to know where my order is or a refund.

I called the number you list on your website. 1-866-404-6141. I'm not calling long distance to sit on hold for another 2 hours and rack up my cell bill to leave a message on a voicemail. Why can't anyone tell me where my order is?

Can you give mt he order number and confirmation number you received?
