New Trinity

Just bought the trinity for my 2013 ram 1500 with the Hemi. upon plugging into the truck it tells me my calibration is 68089639am and its not supported.and it needs to be downgraded to 68089639aj. The next screen tells me to plug into the computer. I do this but i can't figure out what to do once connected to the computer.

sorry folks. got it figured it out. i am a mac person and had to buy a windows machine for this purpose. i never could get anything to work and finally tried to another windows machine and it worked immediately.

yeah, can't use a mac for anything with a Trinity and the trinity software you need to use.. you have to run Windows.. can run windows on your mac, or use a separate windows machine like you did.. glad you got it working...
