3 codes and a little KR on 02 WS6

Ok , just did a little data logging. I'm showing 3 codes po128, po420, and po748 (in which I can't find what it is). I also show .44-.64 and back to 0 of KR at WOT. Is there any amount of KR that is safe?
At WOT there is some rattling. You don't think I may have a bad cat do you?

p0420 -

p0748 is a tranny selenoid code...
Pressure Control Solenoid
This DTC detects a continuous
open or short to ground in the
PCS circuit or the PCS sensor
Pressure Control Solenoid short/open bit is set.
(i.e. - The FM Duty Cycle is outside the range of
0.5% - 95%.)
This diagnostic is disabled if system voltage falls below 10.5 volts at
low temp (-40 C) or 12.5 at high temp (151 C) for > 0.025 sec.
The Diagnostic is enabled again when system voltage recovers to
above 11 volts at low temp or 13 volts at high temp.

One more question. Where is it located? I just installed a Trans-go kit in the trans about 3 months ago do you think it could have something to do with it?

If I turn out my rear O2 sensors and clear the P0420 Will it stay cleared? I think I may have a bad CAT. I crawled under the car yesterday and lightly banged on the Y-pipe and it sounded like marbles in the exhaust close to the cats. I plan to install some LTs and ory very soon so I will have to turn the rear O2s out anyway. Oh yeah how do I turn them out?
Thanks
Vinny

Yes.
There is likely too much line pressure now.
Try backing down the line pressure in the Predator to see if it will get better.
Thanks

The rear o2s can be disabled under OBDII in the adjustable parameters.
Thanks

i wonder if he installed any of the washers with the shift kit? if you put any of the shim washers in, it will make it shift hard as hell, and create codes, while jumping line pressure up. not good for a tranny.

No, I didn't use any of the washers in the 1-2 accumulator. I listened to alot of peoples advice on the subject. Thats how I learn about alot of this crazy mess! Oh, and then there is this trial and error thing.
I looked at the O2 sensor option and there is alot of info what do I turn off? I hate to sound like a complete dumb ass but I don't want to mess anything up.
Thanks
