Vehicle not supported!

I recieved my 04-05 GM predator last week from a reseller and tried to install today, got message 'Unsupported Vehicle'. I have a 2004 Chevy Avalanche Z71 which left the factory November '03. I discussed this with the dealer before purchase and was assured the 04-05 tuner would work. Do I have the wrong tuner?

What tuner do you have and what version is on it?

Also, its a 1500 avalanche right?

What is the 10th digit of the trucks VIN?

The device is the following:
Bios Version 6.01
Predator 2.10

My VIN is 3GNEK13T63G270708.
I already explained to the dealer that my vehicle left the factory November 2003 (Which the tenth digit confirms). I was put on hold while he checked, and I was then sent the above device.

Can the device I have be changed via internet if connected to my laptop? I bought the unit while on business in Boston but I am now back home in Scotland.

I have since had confirmation from the dealer that they have not supplied the correct device.

Actually because you have a 3 for your 10th digit it means you have an '03 Avalanche Even if it was produced in 03 a 2004 model would have had a 4 in the tenth digit.
