Updated tuner and white screen

I updated my tuner the other day and now when I plug it in to the truck or computer the screen just goes white. Any clue how to fix this? When plugged into the computer it just keeps popping up that it’s connected then disconnects right after.

does the intune drive appear?
Try updating it again?
post the info.xml file here please.

I got the white screen to go away, but now it keeps wanting to update over and over. iv updated about ten times already

I have the same problem I’m trying to update the tuner but it just shows

How long does it take to update it’s been 3 hours already

if its not finding the device, it likely means the driver is not installed.
