inTune i1000 Missing some stuff no update

I have a inTune i1000 and its missing shift firmness scale. Well not update. Seems lil goofy now. Is there a way to flash it back to stock and then get updates to work again? in tune folder in has years ago files also even after saving file.

yes 09 hemi seems like missing some of the settings on it. Is there a flash or something I need to do?

are you looking under the quick adjust menu in advanced tune?
What do you see there?
