reprogramming tcm

I just replaced my transmission in my 07 Escalade (6L80E) but of course you have to take it to that dealer for a reflash of the new techm. Since I already have the stock trans tune in the intune could I use that to bypass taking it to the dealer by just writing the information from the old tcm to the new one?
