I2 update problems

Post by UrbanRage »

I'm sure this is discussed elsewhere, but honestly I don't have the patients to go searching for the thread.

I've been trying to update the this POS for the past 45 minutes and have made zero progress with it.

Actions taken so far - plugged it in, went to update folder > MAC > update. it did its thing and updated the tuner. After it rebooted it seemed to freeze on on the "Please Wait"for about 20 minutes. I figured ok.. grabbed another beer and continued to update it again, well 20 minutes later and another beer down the little dammit is saying "Please Wait While the Tool Reboots".

So what's the deal? How do I fix this so I can try to tune my truck?

Thanks...

P.S. Getting another beer and putting the tuner back in closet.

the mac can complicate thigs sometimes, do yo uhave a PC to try iton?
If not, open the i2 drive and see if there are some files or folders there besides the 4 folders we provide (logs/tunes/runtime/updater) and the info.xml.
Post the info.xml file here please.

Thanks
