2014 RAM 1500 WILL NOT START

Hi. I was resetting my ECM back to the original tune. The original tune was not excepted and now my truck will not start. All the lights and everything come on, but it will not start. Any advice?

I took my truck to the dealer and the radio frequency hub was bad. They also updated my ECM. Does this mean my Trinty has to be reset?

Good afternoon. I called earlier and had my Trinty reset, but now it's saying my calibration 68153764AK for my 2014 Ram 1500 5.7L is not supported. What does this mean?

it wants you to connect it to a pc and run the dsdownloader program and let it download the update it needs.

I updated the Trinty. I received a message saying this device does not support this calibration (AK), you have to reload the previous calibration (AE) . I've repeated this process about three times and I receive the same message every time.
