2017 Hellcat

Hi , Have a 2017 Hellcat A-8
Bought a new PCM and tune from HHP .
the T1000 is updated and the new tune is loaded , But when I plug it into the car it reads this
So i go back to upload a new crom 1t13 update i get this
Can anyone please help me out . Very much appreciate any help to get this running.
