Lurching shifts in 'Sport' mode

So I'm experiencing some problems with my 8-speed automatic transmission since purchasing the T1000 and unlocked PCM for my 2015 Challenger Scat Pack.
Before the install, using my stock PCM, the transmission shifts in 'Sport' mode were super fast and hard hitting. Since installing the unlocked PCM and flashing it with Diablo's 93 octane tune the shifts in 'Sport' mode lurch before hooking up. It's hard to put into words but it's a strange feeling when the transmission shifts under hard acceleration. You literally move forward slightly in your seat before being pushed back.
I reflashed the unlocked PCM with the stock tune and the shifts returned to fast and hard hitting. I then reflashed again with the Diablo 93 tune and again the shifts had that strange lurching feeling.
My Trinity T1000 is up to date with the latest Chrysler 1r13g build installed.
Also, as a side note the transmission will sometimes down shift when hitting the upshift paddle since installing the unlocked PCM and Diablo tune.
Has anyone else experienced this or is there a fix for this weird behavior.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
