Using the Predator with a Quadzilla Commander

Hi, I haven't intalled it yet to see how it will work but if your familiar with the quadzilla commander, it is supposed to be programmable to set limits on temps that if exceeded, it will defuel the truck for safety. Has anyone used it with the Predator and if so, does this feature work as advertised? I run the performance tune for economy reasons. When my wife drives the truck pulling her horses around, I don't want to have to change the tunes back and forth from tow to performance. If the quadzilla works as advertised, I should be safe from damage as I will set my limits low and advise her to take it easy. If anyone has experience with this set up please post how it works for you.

I'm using that exact setup now. I like the Quad setup a lot, however, when I installed it 6 months ago they did not support the Diablo for defuelling and such. I just have mine setup as guages. When it is getting too hot etc, the whole screen flashes at you and it is hard to miss if you watch what you are doing while driving. I have mine set up at the high end of safe ranges so that I know before hand when to back out of it. You have sparked curiosity, maybe I'll try to investigate this more with Quadzilla.

I purchased one also and was under the impression that it would defuel,but they will not defuel on the predator programmer or many others programmers,but there own I believe. They show that advertisement chart like it will,but it doesn't. It sure would be nice though. The commander is still a good purchase. I believe it has the biggest monitor, and covers just about everything needed. It does flash like said in the other post which is better than trying to read a gauge, and guess what temp it is on. Is your predator programmer working good for you ?

Same setup I use. I bought the commander to use only as gauges though and not for defueling. Works great...well except it's not reading my tranny temp at the moment. Need to contact Quad...
