We will soon be done with the addition of tire size adjustment on the U7131.
However, we do not have any local vehicles with aftermarket wheels and tires on them to test. If any of you have different size tires and or wheels and of course a Predator. Please e-mail me at
[email protected] if you are interested.
This new update will also include shift on the fly tuning, we got tired of waiting for that long download time so now you can switch tunes at the stop light without needed to turn the motor off.

Unfortunately no, the U7130 would required new hard ware for the tire size to work.

Man I was hopong they would make that for the 05's too.
Shift on the fly would be the BOMB!
But I am just a lowly U7130 user!

So when will the update be out to be able to adjust for tire size? My dad is looking for something and he tried superchips and it shorted out the truck computer and alternator. So he was gonna buy a BDTD with outlook monitor so he can do this. He has a predator on his 2004 ford and loves it. Is this coming soon?

Yes we are planning a release of this within the next 2 weeks, it will also have shift on the fly tuning.
We are unsure of shift on the fly on the U7130 as we have not looked at that yet.

From reading this thread, I take it that I cannot adjust for tire size using my U7130 that I just purchased?
Is this correct?

Also the motor surges sometimes when idleing but if you rev it up it quits right away and doesn't do it agian for 5-10 minutes?

Yes, that is correct.
If you have a tire that is a similar height to that of any of the optional stock tires, you can have the speedo recalibrated at the dealer.
Thanks
