New member here and looking for some insight. I love my 15' Ram Hemi but absolutely hate the MDS/ECO mode when driving under 60 mph. Mine seems louder and vibrates more than some friends who drive the Big Horns or Sports , what's the deal with that ?!?!? Anyways I've heard I can ask dealer techs to eliminate MDS from a few websites but dealer can't do much to help. So now I'm here looking for info on permanently disabling it. I have done the gear-/+ thing and it runs and sounds better. Anyone here buy a tuner just to eliminate MDS ? If so how do u like and is there any check engine lights on ? Are there more options also just not the Mod I'm looking at? Think I need the i2 and PCM !!! Thanks guys

Lots of people seek out tuning just to disable MDS, only to find the other benefits of the tune as a bonus

You would need the i2/PCM or T1000/PCM.

You can do the kit with tuner and pcm, or the swap sku that includes the cost of a pcm swap.
