Stuck on Please Wait

So after updating the i2 i tried to select the option to load a tune.....however it never gets past "Please wait". I must say out of all the tuners I have used over the years this one seems the most finicky.

I purchased this from Amazon so I hope this is an easy fix.

Getting the same thing on my 2016 Challenger 5.7... Stuck on "Please wait" no matter what option I choose. Does this happen to you when you try to use the Scan Tool?

save this to the i2 drive and let it import the file then try tuning again please.
