PCM may need update

I keep getting "PCM may need update" message. I've clicked thh green check mark and then plugged directly into my PC and then I used Ignition to update but it still isn't working. The tuner has worked on this car in the past but now I am stuck with the 91 octane tune that I installed about 2 years ago. I am using a DCX (Serial Number: IGR4A58-2) for my 2014 Dodge Charger 5.7L. My wife took the car to the dealership for service and a check engine light (manufacture defect in the fuel system) while i was in Korea, but I do not know if they messed with the computer or not. I have attached my info.xml file. Please let me know if you can help.

the dealer reflashed the car. Ideally you should always restore the stock tune first to avoid this issue.
The device will need to be reset, please give us a call with the tool powered up.

Thanks

no, you must return to stock before letting them update the pcm.
