Trade in program

After many times having my original intune failing and having to call tech support for help restoring it.
(It’s in recovery mode yet again)
I decided to order the Trinity from you some months back, I decided to use the trinity on my Ram diesel truck instead of my car.
I just ordered the inTune3 the other day to replace the original tuner.
Does DiabloSport offer a trade in program?
I have a tuner that I’m unable to use as it is in recovery mode again.
