what do I need to do for a custom tune?

I am going from 3:42 gear to a 4:10 gear and I cant change gear ratios on my tuner. what do I need to do to get a custom tune with a program for my 4:10 gears?

this may be a stupid question but i havnt done much playing with my predator on the computer, so how would I get the backup on the computer so i could email? thanks

make sure you have the power adapter, and the correct cable (serial or usb-to-serial), the GMLS2Interface app installed, and the instructions...
