Running 91 and it is rich smelling and mpg sucks

Im not sure what is causing this but my goodness, this car is smelly! I recently bought this 09 stang gt and haven't modded it past the already existing mods. Due to funds being short, I am ONLY able tl run the canned tunes at this time. I had a partially full tank of 89 (87/89/93 is what is in my area... no 91) when I got this tuner. I waited until 1/2 tank to fill it with 93. Simpleton math in my head thought 1/2 89 + 1/2 93 would be comparative to 91 . This car smells like a catless wonder... Not sickly rich, but very noticeable at idle (huge difference from the stock tune), and a few times when driving I get some wind in the window that catches my exhaust. I'm currently sitting at 1/4 tank and I'm at 141 miles.... that is like a whopping 11-12mpg (16gal tank)... granted, there have been some romps to get myself (and my 6 year old) to smile. But majority of my driving is city driving to work at sub 3k rpm shifts. I chose the 91 octane tune because of the mods I do have and didn't wanna run lean. Well, lol, I think I'm too rich! Is there a better canned tune I should try for daily driving with the occasional spirited stop light? Thx.
P.s. I also receive p0420 and p0430. I would assume this is due to aftermarket exhaust and cats.

the smell is due to the high flow cats, basically same as no cats. Nothing you can do about that.
Nothing in the tunes will make you run rich. The mods likely need a custom tune, especially for the longtubes, to dial in the fueling.
