2003 corvette c5 cant tune

Hello, I got problems at the moment to install the tune, the message is "the tune cant no put it the vehicle unknown error"
I can read the vin, the dtc... just can not install tunes.

No, all stock.. just headers and intake.

whats the version on this tool (top line of main menu)?
Sounds like a really old device...

OK, aftermarket radio instaled in the car?
if so remove it and disconnect it from the main harness and try again please.
