Problems tuning 07 Chrysler 300C

Post by drmusic13 »

I’ve just purchased the new i3 to tune my 300C.
My onboard computer is stuck on 93 Octane CAI tune that I installed with the original intune I purchased about 2 years ago,I started having issues with that tuner going into recovery mode several times causing me to contact tech support to recover its use, which led me to buy the newer one.
Upon trying to tune to 91 Octane CAI tune it goes through the entire process showing the tune completed at 100% but then gives me a message that the “write tune failed” giving me the option to unplug the tuner or hit continue to reboot. This is very troublesome as my vehicle is stuck on 93 Octane tune wth very few options for 93 Octane locally.
Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
I’ve updated the i3 to the newest files but can’t tune vehicle at all.
Vehicle starts and appears to run normally.

Thanks in advance.

My problem is a bit different. It works fine but the vehicle doesn't start. Any help regarding this issue?
