how to switch?

i have 1/4 tank left of 87 octane in my '07 v6 mustang and i'm wondering how i should go about changing my tune from the 87 tune to the k&n fipk 2 tune so that the cold air intake and my predator can work together since i need super unleaded fuel to do both at the same time. never changed gas types before so a lil help can go a looooong way. thanks DS
