ford f250 water in fuel warning

The engine is a 7.3ltr powerstroke tagged 2003 in a south american assembled and ford australia delivered 2004 f250 auto 4x4 super duty rhd.
Using a predator U7190 when i install the 85hp tune or the 100hp tune the water in fuel warning illuminates when the ignition is turned on and does not go out before starting as normal and remains illuminated once running.
i drained the fuel filter 4 times then changed the fuel filter causing no change. After reinstalling the original tune there is no fault.
How do i correct this problem?

I now have the same problem, they said it is because the predator installed the wrong tune, and it didn't read the stock tune from the vehicle before writing over it. Now you have to re-flash the vehicle at dealer so they can start over.

I may have an alternate fix.
Can I have the box codes from these trucks?

Mike, Can you advise what the box code is you require. Is it off the U7170 unit or the ECM for the F250, or is it something else.

The box code is a 4 digit code on the connector side of the ECU.
You'll likely have to pull the PCM to see it.
