8r10 and 7r84 what are these two versions?

When I go to download the 8r20 version there is also the 8r10 and the 7r84 what are these version? Do I need to download them?

haffne,THR R10 AAD THE R84 ARE OLD REVISIONS THAT DID'NT COVER THE NEWER CALID'S FROM FORD.YOU CAN LOAD UP THE R20 REV. ,YOU DON'T NEED THE R10-R84 REVISIONS.
