I’m new to this forum but not new to using the tuner I use to own a 2014 silverado and got it tuned by lew which was the best decision. But recently I purchased a 2017 silverado 5.3l love it but I will soon be tuning this one also. So I went online updated the tool and started to install. All I wanted right now until I get a tune is to disable the AFM but I’ve installed 87 and even modified the stock tune and it still kicks in to v4. Am I missing a file for my truck since it’s new.

restore the stock tune then load this update to the i2 drive and let the tool import it then you should be able to disable it.

Sorry is this to be downloaded to the trinity right not the i2 because I don’t own i2. Or do they work on both ?

no that file will not work for a trinity.. you'll need to wait for a trinity update file...
