have a 2004 SRT4, larger turbo, injectors, and custom tune, failed smog plug in test. TUNER had 02 sensor delete and wrote a tune only for the test. By the way cat delete. Downstream 02 sensor has a spacer. Drove the car 60 miles and still the same. See attached pdf for test results/

yes I drove 200 miles and still same failures

amount miles doesn't matter as much as the number of "drive cycles" that have been completed..
