I've got a Predator for my 2000 GMC Sierra and want to know if I can hook it up to the OBD II port on a different vehicle ('96 Mazda) to get a tachometer reading?

if the other vehicle was another GM vehicle, then yes... but not to a Mazda I wouldn't think...
