Has anyone else had issues updating the i3?
Mine keeps showing the same update everytime I connect,I update it successfully then recheck and it shows the exact same update over and over again.

have exactly the same problem as you.

I received a reply from tech support Friday,there’s an issue with this that tech support is looking into. They’ve asked me to send them a copy of my info file or serial number from my device which I will be doing so today. Hopefully there’s going to be a fix soon. I’m glad it wasn’t something I was doing wrong. lol
