I had an error message on my original trinity which I was told was a defect. I sent the device back and received a new one. I need to have my truck returned to stock but cannot do so since the new tuner doesn't have the original backup. I've been working with someone over email for a couple months now without success. What can I do to get it back with the new tuner?
