I’ve posted this before but received no answer.
I HAVE A CHEVY COLORADO 2.9 4 CYL. I KNOW THERE WAS ANOTHER POST ON THIS TOPIC BUT WITH NO UPDATE. THE INTUNE WILL NOT READ MY PCM. IT READ AN "UNKNOWN PCM" AND THEN WILL ONLY LET ME TUNE THE TCM.. HAVE THERE BEEN ANY UPDATES ON THIS ISSUE

did you send us the unknown backup file?
If so we would have added support.
Please post the file and the info.xml file and I will confirm.

edit:
wait, nothing new is being added to this older device.
Please post the info.xml file.

here are the backup files. it tells me that the ppm might need calibration then tells me i need to sent the files to support.

OK, unfortunately this device is too old to have any newer updates made, so the best option would be to upgrade to a newer device like the P2, i3 or T2.
