I cannot get this to work on my truck. it keeps telling me that the pcm calibration may need and update attempt a backup read. when i do that it goes thru and tells me to email the unknown backup file to support. I've done that but have not heard back. Mikel did reach out but i dint have the files attached so here they are. hopefully i can get this issues resolved.
