When I connect to the H/H u7140 the Data Veiwer to record some data logging it indacates there is a connection and when acquiring tool information it then tells me Problem Detected ?Then I am unable to record any data.
Update I left the computer connected and got a message:
Shutting Down Connections
Failure to retrvieing Tool Information
Please Reboot and consider updating your tool firmware.

Is your predator revision 8r38? You can find this at the top of the main menu.
If not, you need to update your Predator CROM.

Click the Support button above, select Downloads. On that page select U7140.

You need to install DS Downloader.
Then you need to download the latest CROM file.
Then follow the instructions in the DS Downloader help file to update the CROM to the Predator.
