2016 ram 1500 doesn’t update parameters.

Ok so the T2 has officially become a paper weight. I have had 2 new tuners sent to me including 1 cable plus I had my original mailed in to fix it and mailed back. Most of these issues were the tuner failing to start up and crashing during tuning. Now I have issues with:

1. I have fan adjustment option yet I change the setting and when I install the tune it doesn’t actually change. No matter what temp I set it goes to 222 and cuts on. Or it cuts on whatever the canned tune temp is or custom tune.

2. I also cannot find out why I don’t have disable traction control under quick adjust like I have been told multiple times I should have. I can have it custom tuned to disable but I want it back where it resets with key cycle like it use to be.

I have no faith now that when I update my tire size it actually updates it. I have no faith it actually changes anything I ask it to. Which is why I paid over $1000 for a new tuner and pcm to make adjustments.

when I get custom tunes or put in canned tunes the fans cut on temp will actually update but I cannot physically change any setting. Why can’t I update this since it is in my changeable parameters? Why does it seem like the tuner is only good for custom tunes. I would love to modify my stock tune and use that sometimes. I have had so many issues I would like to just return this product. I am over spending time mailing parts back and forth and trying to find time to call tech support just to get nowhere. I had way less issues from my t1000. Once we updated to support the tcm it’s been a mess for me ever since.

not sure if any of these can work so i attached files just in case you might need them. Not sure which ones you might need. Like I said I can hava a custom tune written to do most anything but the options that are available to me do not work.

I can adjust the fans for you no problem, and look into why the param doesn't seem to work for you.
Confirming the tire size adjustment is pretty simple, just set it to a large value and confirm the speedo is off.
I'll report the missing tc disable in quick adjust.
Can you tell me what you do see in the quick adjust menu?
