Firmware can not be replaced

Hi @ all,
I can't update my device.
No tuning ist possible.

load this to the intune drive then let it import it then run the update again.

Hello mike,
currently I only can find these 2 files on the inTune.

Where ist the file you sent me? Is it hidden?
It still wants an update.
Tried to put the sent file on the device again. It tells me it currently cannot be replaced.

yeah, that file he sent you will not show up to where you can see it man... you import that file he gave you, into the intune.. once the intune has imported that file and is back at the main menu, then do like he said, and run the Updater again to update your intune.

Sorry guy's this is not working.
The device is ending in telling me always like post #1
and then "update failed".
What can I do?

its a bug in ignition, we are looking into it.

Yes it is updated, but in the car it still is asking for an update.
