2000 7.3L Hard Shifting

Hope someone can help. I loaded the Economy tune and all shifts are too harsh. I tried lowering the "Global" pressure setting from 35->30 but it is still too firm and I don't want to drop it any further. How low is to low? I'm worried I could cause a problem dropping it too far.

The tranny is the HD4R100. This is the Heavy Duty version that ford sells as an option to the standard rebuild (yes they do make one). I believe there are differences in the valve body between the two.

Is there a way to make the Tranny pressure stock or maybe where it does not modify any of the tranny parameters at all? Although, if i could change when the TQ engages (sooner) that would be nice.

Load one of the tunes then use DSDL to export the last tune written and post it here please.
