Ford Rev 3.1 chip questions

Hey,

I just got a used ECU for my 95 Mustang GT 5 speed and it came with a diablosport chip installed.

I pulled the chip because I obviously have no idea what the tune is on the chip and it is not set for what I have in my car and I don't want to grenade the motor.

My question is this; Are these chips still supported? If so, how would I go about getting it set to my specs?

The chip is Red and has "I'm Two Horny" across the top ....also says:

diablochip
Rev.3.1
