2011 Camaro SS L99 tune question

I purchased a diablosport i2 intune tuner, had cai/exhaust with stock cats/headers. I am now getting ported TB and speed engineering Long tube headers, I was wanting to know if i would want/need a custom tune directly from you guys or do the preset tunes cover that kind of change? I want to make sure i get the most out of the parts I install.
