My DS T2 is not connecting to my Dataviewer while connected to OBD! I am trying to connect to my 2013 Chrysler 300c 5.7L Hemi to be able to Data Log directly from the DS Dataviewer. I first connect the device to the OBD, let it load to the main menu, then connect the mini USB to my Windows 7 Laptop with the Dataviewer is loaded, but device is not connecting to Dataviewer! I am trying to Log for a Custom Tune for Johan and he needs me to Log 24 different PID’s (Parameters).
Can anyone give me some clear direction to be able to successfully connect this device for Live Data Logging?
P.S. The device has the latest updates as well as running the latest version of Dataviewer!

connect to usb first, let the usb drive appear, then open DV and connect to vehicle.
