BackUp not saved on 2012 ram 1500 5.7

Okay. I've tried updating calibration. It failed loading from trinity to pcm on truck. It had a custom tune on the truck. We took off the custom tune from trinity. So we figured it would upload a cann tune from the trinity. But it would say it was trying to save the back up tune but there was none. So now we try to upload any tune to the truck & it keeps on saying it can't cause theirs no back up tune.
That it already might have a performance tune on it. The truck will not stay on after trying to turn it on. It will shut down within 5-10 seconds after trying to start it.
