Pred 2 set up and update HELP!!!!

Have A 2014 DODGE Challenger 3.6L SXT. Used Ignition updater, ran the program, and got a failed to upload error. Re ran the program was good to go. Hooked up to car, DL stock files and it asked for another update. It DL'ed the car files and I then got a message saying there is no current calibration for you car. I don't know where to go from here.. Suggestions?

please post the serial number from the device.
