Getting conflicting information on pop-up displays. Help.

Just bought an intune yesterday and plugged it into the computer to check for updates. Box pops up and I click "run". Then it says "Could not get file from the web.cdrom-1r01w.itf, (0)
I then click "ok" and it proceeds to take me to a pop-up graphic that looks like the intune. It runs for split second and says "this device is up to date"
Then I go to install a tune on my 04 Avalanche..... and it pops up "The vehicle is not supported, contact Diablosport."
Thoughts or suggestions????
